AMENDMENTS TO THE CLAIMS
This listing of claims will replace all prior versions and listings of claims in the

LISTING OF CLAIMS:
1 . (Currently amended): A cosmetic composition, comprising xanthan gum and
mannan, wherein the ratio of said xanthan gum : mannan is from 1 :4 by weight to 4: 1 by weight,
wherein said xanthan gum and mannan are each contained in an amount of 0.02-10% by
weight based on the total weight of the composition,
wherein the composition is an oil-in-water emulsion composition in which the xanthan
gum and the mannan are in the aqueous phase, ead
wherein the composition has a lumpy texture and a viscosity of a curd yoghurt
formulation;
wherein the composition further comprises starch in a ratio of up to 10 times to 1 weight
of the combination of xanthan gum and maiman. and
wherein the composition is in a pack formulation .

5. (original): The cosmetic composition according to Claim 1, which ftirther
contains one or more selected from the group consisting of one or more ingredients selected from
the group consisting of vegetables and finits; and one or more ingredients selected from the
group consisting of milk, vitamins and yoghurt powder.

6. (original): The cosmetic composition according to Claim 5, wherein said
vegetable and fiiiit ingredients are contained in the form of extracts or juices or crushes.
7. (original): The cosmetic composition according to Claim 6, wherein said
vegetables and fruits are selected from the group consisting of strawberry, apple, apricot, tomato,
banana, kiwi fruit, broccoli, berries, potato, carrot, melon, pineapple and peach.

9. (withdrawn - currently amended): A method for preparing an oil-in-water
emulsion composition which comprises an oil phase and an aqueous phase, which comprises the
step of
providing an aqueous phase which comprises xanthan gum and maiman in a ratio of 1 :4-
4: 1 by weigh t, said aqueous phase fiirther comprising starch in a ratio of up to 10 times to 1
weight of the combination of xanthan gum and mannan : and
formulating the aqueous phase and the oil phase to an emulsio n: and
packaging the emulsion into a pack formulation .
